Marketing & Business Consulting

Consulting that turns sports projects into sponsorship deals.
What I do
I've spent nearly two decades structuring proposals, understanding what makes a brand say yes, and turning clubs, athletes and events into business. Now I put that reading to work for your project — no off-the-shelf formula, no empty promises.

Who this is for
Who Carla Larini is

I grew up watching my father do everything he could for the club he ran. That's where I learned, as a child, that real results take presence, organization and commitment.
That experience shaped how I look at the sports market today. I move naturally between leadership, business people and backstage — I see the whole picture, connect the dots, and find opportunity where most people just see obstacles.

First woman to hold a board seat at the FGF, leading marketing and business.

I turned the Campeonato Gaúcho Feminino into a structured commercial product and took its revenue from zero to a million.

I landed the first sponsor in the history of women's football in Rio Grande do Sul.

Copa América as Media Manager, Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana finals, and Brazilian national team matches — on the field and off.

I presented FIFA with the FGF's case for Porto Alegre's bid to host the Women's World Cup.
